Location: Basalt/ Aspen, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am- 4:30pm

Job Summary:
GZO Sheet Metal & Roofing is currently looking for a Business Manager to work in the Basalt/Aspen, CO office. What you will do:
- Monitors the outflow of capital for the company.
- Ensures that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
- Prepares financial reports and various accounting statements.
- Processes payroll and prepares necessary payroll reports.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave and workmen’s compensation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- One to two years of related experience required.
- Previous experience in roofing/construction preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
